buckley-banner
Roger LittleJohns son Drew took this Banner to war with him when he served our nation in Iraq. After Drew returned home from the war He returned it to Roger and Roger sent it to me as a gift. I have had it in safe keeping ever since. Well today was fathers day and Em and Linda had a frame made just for the banner and gave it to me this morning. It now has a new home hanging in our new kennel.
I hung it where I can see it each time I open the door. Now every time I go in the dog house its the 1st thing I'll see reminding me of the sacrifice Drew and his brothers laid down for me..

Mountain Feist kennel
Four new runs on the concret pad now completed. My good friend, cousin-in-law and hunting buddy Kevin Conley came by and wielded up the frames for the 4 new runs and I built the gates and hung the wire.

Buckley kennel
We now are starting on the inside of building. It now is wired, AC is mounted and keeping the building a cool 72 degrees for now. We rwrapped the building with bubble wrap between the meatal. THe buble wrap has about a 6 of better R factor. We also put R-13 insulation in the ceiling and between the rafters. Now ready for the paneling.

Soffit is installed. About all we like to the out side is painting the door trim and putting on gutters.

Today added the rest of the insulation, metal , doors and frame for the roof over the new runs. If all goes well we'll be back on it tomorrow.

Roof completed, header board installed, door jams ready to hang the 6 foot double steel door, ac hole ready, firing strips all installed. For tomorrow ready to put the insulation down and screw metal on
