Kevin Conley came by this morning and we made the drive to Fleming/Bath Co. Lines on old faithful Slate creek. We hunted about 3 hours and treed about a dozen squacks and looked at 10 and bagged 7. Old Brownie is still the gal around here and as usual put an a show treeing these big fat lazy fox squirrels.
I believe it was that sharp looking shirt that made the difference. Squirrels like a sharp dressed hunter :-)
ReplyDeleteYou got that right on that sharp shirt. I had a really good friend that sent me this shirt. I normally just take pics of my dogs and hunting buddies and not me. I told Kevin I had to get a pic of this creek crossing, Brownie, the tailgate and shirt. The shirt just happened to be on me…
