It really pleases me to see one of these little dogs influencing a young hunter. Tony Morris of Corbin KY writes;

Hunting around home has been tough lately to say the least. Today we finally put some meat out on my Buckley pup. He grabbed it when it hit the ground and gave it a little shake to finish it off. I hung it up on a limb and he barked at it 4 or 5 times then mostly whined. He's at least got the taste of squirrel in his mouth now. We also took my brother Dennis and his boy Dustin to woods with us. Dustin had a good time climbing those steep hills.......he's hooked for life now. We almost got him a shot with that 410 but the squirrel got restless and decided to timber. I'm sure he will get one next time !!
